Welcome to the Zest Florist service information page. We are specialists in bespoke design floristry.  All of the photos that you see on this website, are as a guide to help you choose. We are always happy to discuss and design arrangements specifically for you, and tailored to your needs.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your requirements.

Delivery can be arranged, locally and nationally. 

Local deliveries are delivered by hand, this covers the coventry area. Same day delivery is available if ordered before 2pm. for local orders. National deliveries are sent by courier. Delivery can usually be arranged for the next day, if ordered by 12 the previous day.  But please give as much notice as possible, particularly when weekends, bank holidays and busy periods are involved. It is always advisable to phone the shop if you require delivery at short notice.

Zest Florist can only promise to deliver to the address given to us at the time of ordering.  A full postal code is required. If there is nobody to accept the delivery at that address (on the requested day) we will leave a calling card which will request that the goods are collected from the shop/courier depot. Any re-deliveries will be chargable at the normal rate.

Customers who wish to cancel an order must be aware that a full or part refund will not always be given. If we have incurred costs as a direct consequence of your order, you will be charged accordingly.  However, we do want satisfied customers, and we will refund where appropriate, at our discretion. If you have any queries with regard to refunds or cancellations, please contact the shop.

Our customer service is excellent, we always try to deliver top quality products and services. In the event that you are dissatisfied in any way, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to rectify the situation, and to compensate you if we were at fault. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Special arrangements, for example, funeral tributes, may require several days notice.  If in doubt, contact the shop first.

Wedding flowers/civil partnerships will normally be restricted to local venues.  Please contact the shop to discuss your requirements, and to book your free initial consultation.
